Finally got Paisani to get on the podcast. A long time in the making but finally in the Food Trucking offseason we were able to make it happen. One of those episodes that felt like it could have gone on for 10 more hours if we had the time. I'm excited for this new year that we are now a few weeks into. I think this is the year you reach your goal. I think this is the year that I reach mine. 2024 feels right, let's attack it!!
